• Opening and Closing: Handle your umbrella delicately to prevent frame and canopy damage. If it gets stuck, avoid forcing it; gently wiggle or shake to release.
• Drying and Storage: After use, fully air dry your umbrella in a ventilated area to prevent mold and mildew. For light dirt or debris, gently shake or wipe the canopy with a cloth.
• Frame Maintenance: Regularly check the frame for wear or damage like bent ribs or loose parts. Tighten screws or joints as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
• Wind Safety: Hold the umbrella securely with one hand on the grip and the other on the inside top. Avoid using it as a shield. For personal safety, we advise against venturing out in harsh weather conditions.
• Long-term Storage: Store your umbrella in a cool, dry place when not in use, ideally in a protective sleeve or cover.

Manufacturing Defects In the rare event that your umbrella arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide the most appropriate resolution at no additional cost. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
