To start the return process, please send an official email to hello@lovepangolin.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, detailed contact information, and a brief reason for the return.
Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the items within 2-3 business days after your request. If unsuccessful after three attempts, you will need to self-ship the items to claim a refund.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, it takes 3-4 business days to inspect and confirm the condition of returned items. Upon acceptance, we will initiate your refund.
Please keep the package intact in unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Refunds are processed within 6-7 business days, after deducting a flat ₹249 for shipping and operations. Please note, refunds are initiated only after the item passes our internal quality check. This QC process takes 3-4 working days once the returned item reaches our warehouse.
If an item does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned to you with shipping charges of ₹249/-. Please ensure product labels remain undisturbed.

While our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, damages may occur during transit. We kindly request you to opt for a replacement in such cases. Refunds will incur a logistics cost of ₹249/-.
Please note that masks, umbrellas, customised apparel, and any products purchased on markdown or sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are considered final sale due to hygiene considerations, personalisation, or promotional pricing. We appreciate your understanding.
We want you to be happy with your umbrella. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, colour exchanges, or model exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. Returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection are not accepted. In the rare event that your umbrella arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide the most appropriate resolution at no additional cost. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
