Festive Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• The Basics

  • Love Pangolin Gift Cards are issued by Pangln Retail Pvt. Ltd., India.
  • They're digital only—sent via email, usually instantly, but sometimes within 24 hours.
  • No physical cards. No waste.

• How It Works

  • Use it once at lovepangolin.com.
  • If your cart total is less than the card value, the leftover amount disappears. (No rollovers.)
  • If your cart total is more, just pay the difference using UPI, Card, Razorpay, etc.
  • Can't be used to buy another Gift Card.
  • Discounts don't apply to Gift Card purchases.

• Expiry

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Unused amounts expire with the card. No extensions or takebacks.

• Refunds & Cancellations

  • You can cancel the Gift Card within 7 days if it hasn't been used—even partially.
  • If you return something paid with a Gift Card, the refund goes back to the same card.
  • If you used two payment methods, we'll refund the Gift Card portion first.

• The Not-So-Fun Stuff

  We reserve the right to:

  • Update these terms when needed.
  • Decline, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Pause or discontinue Gift Cards without prior notice.
  • Gift Cards can't be reloaded, transferred for value, or cashed out (unless required by law).
  • Lost or stolen cards aren't our responsibility.

  • We handle your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Love Pangolin retains the right to modify any policy terms and conditions at its discretion.
