• Return / Exchange

  You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for all exchanges or if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The sneakers must be in their original packaging, including any tags or labels, and in new and resalable condition. We do not accept returns for sneakers that have been worn or used. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or that we suspect to be fraudulent. Please refer to our exchange & return policy for more details.

• Care

  • Brush off any dirt or debris using a soft-bristled brush.
  • Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth, using only water or a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents as they can damage the faux leather.
  • Allow the shoes to air dry completely before wearing them again.
  • If the shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper to help them keep their shape as they dry.
  • Avoid exposing the shoes to direct heat sources, such as radiators or sun.
  • Condition the vegan leather with a leather conditioner to keep it soft and supple.
  • Store the shoes in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
